Cork-Knights Volunteer Fire Department is Station 26 of Hillsborough County Fire Rescue (HCFRD). Our volunteer firefighters proudly protect approximately 30,000 people living in an area of 90 square miles near Plant City, Florida.

Our volunteer firefighters answer more than 1,700 calls each year using 2 Engines, 1 Tanker, and 2 Brush Trucks.
This station is staffed by volunteer firefighters and paid paramedics 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The paramedics are paid by Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, to provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) service faster in our response area.
Cork-Knights VFD is a public department whose members are volunteers. We hold periodic fundraisers and also depend on donations from the public.
We were the first fire station in Hillsborough County, either career or volunteer, to be 100% compliant with all county issued training requirements.
We are proud to have provided excellent service since 1971.
